We’re looking for a Advertising Sales Specialist who’s ready to take control of their success. You’re confident, self-driven, and see commission not as a limitation, but as motivation. This position starts as a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation—and for high performers, it can grow into a W2 position with base pay plus commission and company benefits once specific sales milestones are achieved.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce VINIO Marketing’s services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and recommend the right solutions.
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle, from first contact to close.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate clear value.
- Maintain strong follow-up and build relationships for long-term success.

- Proven success in sales (experience in digital marketing or B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication skills—confident, persuasive, and professional.
- Driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own pipeline remotely.
