We're seeking a high-energy Advertising Sales Specialist who's thrives on commission, owns their pipeline, and turns conversations into revenue. This is a 1099 independent contractor role (commission-only to start), perfect for proven closers who want full control over their income and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and outreach to businesses that need real digital growth.
- Lead insightful discovery calls to uncover goals and pain points.
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle: from initial contact to signed proposals.
- Craft persuasive presentations that highlight clear benefits.
- Nurture relationships with consistent, value-driven follow-up for repeat and referral business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales (digital marketing, agency, or B2B experience strongly preferred).
- Confident, persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly—on calls and in writing.
- Self-starter who excels in a remote environment: disciplined, organized, and proactive with CRM/lead management.

Compensation & Career Path
